As part of this experience, you’ll be welcomed into a soft, grounding space hosted by Breezy Doula, designed to help you arrive feeling calm, confident, and connected to your body.


The Breezy Doula team guides expecting mothers through gentle body awareness, breath control, and relaxation techniques she uses throughout pregnancy and birth support. These tools translate beautifully into underwater sessions, too! This grounding moment helps you move with ease, stay relaxed between breaths, and feel fully supported throughout your shoot.


Think: slower breathing, intentional movement, and a sense of presence that carries into every frame.
