Bring your community

Group Trip Hosting & Consulting

We host, lead and advise on group dive and travel trips for nonprofits, content creators and dive shops.

Hosts who have been there

We have led our own group trips since 2022, to places like Roatán, La Paz, the Maldives, the Red Sea, Bali and Cozumel. Those years taught us what makes a group trip work and what can go wrong, so you don’t have to learn it the hard way.

If you run a nonprofit, a dive shop or a mermaid pod, or have any type of community or following that wants to travel with you, we can host and lead the trip alongside you, or consult while you plan and lead the trip yourself.

Our upcoming trips Past trips

Workshop guests around a long wooden table on the resort deck, one of them gesturing as a posing slide shows on a laptop, the pool and the sea behind.

A diver with a camera glides along the sandy deck of a sunken wreck in Cozumel, the ship's rusted frame arching overhead and bubbles trailing up toward the light.

Two divers in full scuba gear smile on a wooden pier over white sand and turquoise water, one crouched beside his kit, the other holding her fins.

Our dive group hovers over pale sand in Cozumel behind the word COZUMEL spelled out in stones on the seabed, columns of bubbles rising to the surface.

  • Justin and Abbey did such a brilliant job with organization and creating a safe atmosphere for us to learn underwater modeling combined with scuba.

Tara Coyote, Roatán 2026 trip guest

  • Creating an environment where we felt safe—both physically and psychologically—to try new things, push ourselves, and just enjoy being there.

    @mermanchatravee, Roatán 2026 trip guest

  • The team did an INCREDIBLE job of reassuring us, and making sure we felt prepared, safe, and comfortable. Our safety divers were magnificent, and the water was like nothing I've experienced.

  • If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I have had the pleasure of joining 2 trips with them, and am constantly impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and fun they bring to the table!

You don’t have to go it alone

A group trip is a customer service job from the first booking to the flight home. Guests remember how they were treated, and they hold the host responsible for everything that happens along the way.

Workshop guests sit on the pool edge with their hands at their masks while a coach in a blue rash guard stands in the water facing them.

Most of what goes wrong on a group trip is invisible until it happens. We have spent years finding those things out on our own trips, and we bring that experience to yours, so the trip runs smoother and your guests have the best possible time. We are with you every step of the way.

Hosting and consulting

Why we work with Deep Blue

A properly packaged trip draws on a worldwide network of resorts and vendors, and on decades of knowing exactly what to ask for. Deep Blue Adventures has been building both since 2004. They package our own trips, and they can package yours.

We have traveled with them, and we chose them for how they treat guests: trips built around each person, real care when plans change, and someone on call around the clock while your group is away.

Add to your trip

Want more from the trip? We can photograph and film the trip, for your guests to keep and for your brand or nonprofit to share, the way we did for Shark Angels in the Maldives.

We can also teach while we’re there: dive and mermaid certification, and workshops in photography, content creation and social media for your guests.

  • Highlight video

A short film of the trip, shot above and below the water throughout the week.

  • Digital photo albums

The group, the dives and the place, photographed through the trip and gathered into digital albums.

  • Travel portraits

Professional portraits of your guests, in the water and on land.

  • Marketing content

Photo and video for your brand or nonprofit: your website, your socials, your next trip.

  • Guest workshops

Teaching for your guests in content creation, photography and social media, during the trip.

  • Dive and mermaid courses

Scuba and mermaid certification for your guests, taught during the trip.
